5. Operating Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pool: Ensure your pool is filled with water and the water level is sufficient for the vacuum to be fully submerged.
  2. Submerge the Vacuum: Carefully place the BWT FSA400 into the pool water. Allow it to fill with water and sink to the bottom.
  3. Activate the Vacuum: Turn on the vacuum cleaner using the power switch. The device will begin to operate, creating suction.

Allow the filter to air dry completely before reinserting it or storing the vacuum. Clean or replace the filter as needed, depending on the amount of debris collected.
  • Debris Chamber Emptying: Empty the 0.55-liter debris collection chamber regularly to maintain strong suction.
  • Unit Cleaning: Wipe down the exterior of the vacuum unit with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Storage: Store the vacuum cleaner in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the battery is partially charged (not fully depleted or fully charged for long-term storage) if storing for an extended period.
