Before First Use & Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials and labels from the slow cooker.
2. Clean: Wash the stoneware pot and tempered glass lid in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. The stoneware pot and glass lid are dishwasher safe. Do not immerse the main heating unit in water or any other liquid.
3. Placement: Place the main heating unit on a dry, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from the edge of the counter. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit.
4. Assemble: Place the stoneware pot inside the main heating unit.

Operating Instructions

Control Panel:

Your BELLA Slow Cooker features a user-friendly touch-activated display with simple controls.

How to Use:

1. Add Ingredients: Place your desired ingredients into the stoneware pot.
2. Secure Lid: Place the tempered glass lid securely on the stoneware pot.
3. Plug In: Plug the slow cooker into a standard electrical outlet. The Power indicator light will illuminate.
4. Select Cooking Time: Press the SELECT button repeatedly to cycle through the available cooking time presets:
   • 4 hours (High)
   • 6 hours (High)
   • 8 hours (Low)
   • 10 hours (Low)
   The indicator light next to your selected time will illuminate.
5. Start Cooking: Once a time is selected, the slow cooker will begin heating.
6. Automatic Warm: After the selected cooking time has elapsed, the slow cooker will automatically switch to the WARM setting. The Warm indicator light will illuminate, and the cooking time indicator will turn off. The unit will remain on the Warm setting until manually turned off.
7. Turn Off: To turn off the slow cooker at any time, press and hold the POWER button until all indicator lights turn off. Unplug the unit from the outlet.

Cooking Tips:

• For best results, fill the stoneware pot between half and three-quarters full.
• Avoid lifting the lid frequently during cooking, as this can significantly extend cooking times.
• Always ensure meat and poultry are thoroughly cooked to safe internal temperatures.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper care and cleaning will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your slow cooker.

Cleaning Instructions:

1. Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the slow cooker from the electrical outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
2. Remove Parts: Carefully remove the stoneware pot and glass lid from the main heating unit.
3. Wash Stoneware Pot & Lid: The stoneware pot and tempered glass lid are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, they can be washed by hand in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
4. Clean Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the main heating unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they may scratch the surface. Never immerse the main heating unit in water or any other liquid.
5. Stubborn Residue: For stubborn food residue on the stoneware pot, fill it with warm, soapy water and let it soak for a few hours before cleaning.
6. Storage: Ensure all parts are completely dry before storing. Store the slow cooker assembled with the lid on, in a dry place.
