1. Product Overview

The FULEN WL03 Rechargeable Picture Light is designed to illuminate artwork, picture frames, and other wall decor. It features a high-brightness LED light source with adjustable color temperatures and dimmable settings, all controllable via a remote. The cordless design and rechargeable battery offer flexible installation options without the need for electrical wiring.

3. Setup and Installation

The FULEN WL03 Picture Lights offer two primary installation methods: adhesive mounting or screw mounting. Choose the method best suited for your wall surface.

Installation Steps:

1. Prepare the Mounting Base: The light unit detaches from its magnetic mounting base. Identify the base, which will be affixed to the wall.
2. Choose Mounting Method:
   • Adhesive Mounting (for smooth surfaces): Peel off the protective film from the double-sided tape and firmly press the mounting base onto the desired wall location. Ensure the 'UP' arrow on the base is pointing upwards.
   • Screw Mounting (for textured surfaces or added security): Use the provided screws and drywall anchors to secure the mounting base to the wall. Ensure the 'UP' arrow on the base is pointing upwards.
3. Attach the Light: Once the base is securely mounted, align the magnetic light bar with the base and allow it to snap into place. The light bar can be easily removed for charging.

4. Operating Instructions

The FULEN WL03 Picture Light can be operated using the included remote control or the manual buttons on the light bar.

Remote Control Functions:

• Power On/Off: Press the red power button to turn the light on or off.
• Brightness Adjustment: Use the sun icon buttons (+ and -) to cycle through 5 brightness levels.
• Color Temperature: Select between WW (Warm White), NW (Natural White), or CW (Cool White) using the dedicated buttons.
• Timer Function: Set the light to automatically turn off after 10 minutes or 30 minutes using the timer buttons.

• Power On/Off: Press the power button on the light bar to turn it on or off.
• Color Temperature/Brightness: Cycle through different color temperatures and brightness levels by repeatedly pressing the function button.

Adjusting Light Direction:

The light bar is designed with a swivel mechanism, allowing you to adjust the angle of illumination by up to 90 degrees. Gently pivot the light bar to direct the light as desired.

5. Charging

The FULEN WL03 Picture Light features a built-in 4500mAh rechargeable battery. The light bar can be easily detached from its magnetic base for convenient charging.

Charging Instructions:

1. Gently pull the light bar away from its magnetic mounting base to detach it.
2. Locate the Type-C charging port on the side of the light bar.
3. Connect one end of the provided USB-C cable to the light bar and the other end to a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter).
4. The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging and turn off when fully charged.
5. A full charge typically takes 4-5 hours, providing 10 hours of illumination at full brightness or over 20 hours at medium brightness.
6. Once charged, reattach the light bar to its magnetic base.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface of the light. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the light regularly, even if not in constant use.
• Storage: If storing the light for an extended period, ensure it is fully charged and store it in a cool, dry place. Recharge every 3-6 months to prevent deep discharge.

7. Troubleshooting

• Light not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. If using the remote, check its battery and ensure it's pointed directly at the light.
• Remote not responding: Replace the remote control battery. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the light.
• Short battery life: Ensure the light is fully charged (4-5 hours). Reduce brightness settings for longer illumination.
• Light flickering: This may indicate a low battery. Recharge the light.
