Step-by-Step Written Instructions:
- Assemble the Headboard and Footboard:
Attach the vertical support posts to the decorative headboard/footboard panels using the provided bolts and washers. Ensure all connections are secure but do not fully tighten until all parts are aligned.

Figure 2: Detail of the headboard's curved design, showing the attachment points for the vertical posts. - Attach Side Rails:
Connect the side rails to the assembled headboard and footboard sections. Use the appropriate bolts and washers, ensuring the side rails are correctly oriented. Hand-tighten bolts initially.
- Install Center Support Beam:
Position the center support beam, including its legs, in the middle of the frame. Secure it to the side rails using the designated hardware. This beam provides additional stability.

Figure 3: Illustration of L-shaped plates used to fasten frame components, enhancing structural stability. - Place Metal Slats:
Lay the metal slats across the frame, fitting them into the designated slots on the side rails. Ensure all slats are evenly spaced and securely seated. The side rails are designed to be higher than the inserted slats to prevent mattress movement.

Figure 4: Detail showing the built-in metal slats and the raised side rail design, which helps to keep the mattress in place. - Final Tightening:
Once all components are in place and aligned, use the provided hex key and wrench to fully tighten all bolts. Do not overtighten. Verify the frame is stable and level.

Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your bed frame, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Wipe the metal frame with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish.
- Tighten Fasteners: Periodically check all bolts and screws to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten as necessary to maintain stability and prevent squeaking.
- Avoid Overloading: Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 204 kg (450 lb) to prevent structural damage.
- Relocation: When moving the bed frame, lift it rather than dragging it to prevent damage to the frame or your flooring.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your bed frame, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Squeaking Noises:
Squeaking often indicates loose connections. Re-tighten all bolts and screws on the frame, especially where the side rails connect to the headboard/footboard and the center support beam.
- Frame Instability/Wobbling:
Ensure all bolts are fully tightened. Verify that the center support legs are making firm contact with the floor. Check that all frame components are correctly aligned as per the assembly instructions.
- Mattress Sliding:
The bed frame is designed with raised side rails to minimize mattress sliding. Ensure the mattress is correctly positioned within the frame. If sliding persists, consider using a non-slip mattress pad.
