3. Setup Instructions
3.1 Choosing a Mounting Location
The MagicMount Pro2 can be installed on either your vehicle's dashboard or windshield. Select a location that provides a clear view of your device without obstructing your driving visibility or vehicle controls.

3.2 Installing the Mount
- Clean the chosen surface (dashboard or windshield) thoroughly to ensure it is free of dust, dirt, and oils. Allow it to dry completely.
- Position the StickGrip suction cup base firmly on the cleaned surface.
- Press down on the mount and engage the suction lever to create a strong vacuum seal. Ensure the mount is securely attached and does not wobble.

3.3 Applying the MagicRing Adapter (for non-MagSafe devices)
If your smartphone or phone case is not MagSafe compatible (e.g., iPhone X, 11, SE, or Android phones), use the included MagicRing Adapter:
- Clean the back of your phone or phone case where the MagicRing will be applied.
- Peel off the adhesive backing from the MagicRing Adapter.
- Center the MagicRing Adapter on the back of your device or case. For optimal alignment, refer to your phone's wireless charging coil location if applicable.
- Press firmly for 30 seconds to ensure a strong bond. Allow the adhesive to cure for at least 24 hours before first use.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Attaching Your Device
Once the mount is securely installed, simply place your MagSafe-compatible iPhone (or device with MagicRing Adapter) onto the magnetic head of the MagicMount Pro2. The powerful rare-earth neodymium magnets will securely hold your device in place.
4.2 Adjusting the Viewing Angle
The MagicMount Pro2 features a 360-degree adjustable head. Loosen the lock nut on the mount's arm, adjust your device to the desired portrait or landscape orientation and viewing angle, then tighten the lock nut to secure it.

5. Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your MagicMount Pro2:
- Periodically clean the magnetic surface of the mount and the back of your device/MagicRing with a soft, dry cloth to remove any dust or debris.
- If the suction cup loses adhesion, clean it with warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and let it air dry. Avoid touching the adhesive surface.
- Avoid exposing the mount to extreme temperatures for extended periods, as this may affect the suction cup's performance.
6. Troubleshooting
6.1 Device Not Holding Securely
- Check for proper alignment: Ensure your MagSafe-compatible iPhone or MagicRing Adapter is centered on the magnetic surface of the mount.
- Verify MagSafe compatibility: If using a non-MagSafe phone, confirm the MagicRing Adapter is correctly installed and adhered.
- Remove obstructions: Ensure there are no thick cases or objects between your phone/MagicRing and the mount that could weaken the magnetic connection.
6.2 Suction Cup Not Sticking
- Clean the surface: The mounting surface must be clean, dry, and smooth. Dust, dirt, or residue can prevent proper adhesion.
- Clean the suction cup: Wash the suction cup with warm, soapy water, rinse, and air dry. Do not wipe with a cloth as this can leave lint.
- Re-apply firmly: Press the suction cup firmly against the surface before engaging the lever to remove all air.
- Temperature considerations: Extreme heat or cold can affect suction. Try to install in moderate temperatures.
