Setup and Assembly

Before first use, wash all parts that will come into contact with food (processing bowl, lid, and blade) in warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Ensure the appliance is unplugged during assembly.

  1. Place the processing bowl onto the motor unit base, aligning the tabs and twisting clockwise until it locks securely into place.
  2. Carefully place the chopping blade onto the central shaft inside the processing bowl. Ensure it sits firmly.
  3. Add your ingredients to the processing bowl. Do not exceed the maximum fill line.
  4. Place the lid onto the processing bowl, aligning the tabs and twisting clockwise until it locks securely. The appliance will not operate unless the lid is correctly locked due to the safety mechanism.
  5. Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

Once assembled and plugged in, your food processor is ready for operation. The appliance features two speed settings for versatile processing.

Processing Food

  1. Ensure ingredients are prepared appropriately (e.g., cut large items into smaller pieces).
  2. With the appliance assembled and plugged in, press the desired speed button on the motor unit.
    • Speed 1: For softer ingredients, gentle chopping, or mixing.
    • Speed 2: For harder ingredients, faster chopping, or pureeing.
  3. Process ingredients until the desired consistency is achieved. For best results and to prevent overheating, use short pulses rather than continuous operation, especially for tough ingredients.
  4. Once processing is complete, release the button.
  5. Unplug the appliance from the power outlet before disassembling.
  6. Carefully remove the lid, then the chopping blade (handle with extreme caution due to sharpness).
  7. Remove the processed food from the bowl.
