Operating Instructions
Once assembled and plugged in, your food processor is ready for operation. The appliance features two speed settings for versatile processing.
Processing Food
- Ensure ingredients are prepared appropriately (e.g., cut large items into smaller pieces).
- With the appliance assembled and plugged in, press the desired speed button on the motor unit.
- Speed 1: For softer ingredients, gentle chopping, or mixing.
- Speed 2: For harder ingredients, faster chopping, or pureeing.
- Process ingredients until the desired consistency is achieved. For best results and to prevent overheating, use short pulses rather than continuous operation, especially for tough ingredients.
- Once processing is complete, release the button.
- Unplug the appliance from the power outlet before disassembling.
- Carefully remove the lid, then the chopping blade (handle with extreme caution due to sharpness).
- Remove the processed food from the bowl.
Tips for Best Results
- Do not overload the bowl. Adhere to the 3-liter capacity.
- For even chopping, process similar-sized pieces of food together.
- When processing liquids, ensure the lid is securely fastened to prevent splashing.
- For ingredients like nuts or hard cheeses, use short pulses to avoid over-processing and to achieve a coarse texture.
