- Electrical Safety: Ensure the voltage indicated on the appliance matches your local mains voltage before connecting. Do not immerse the motor unit, cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
- Blade Safety: The blades are extremely sharp. Handle with extreme care during assembly, disassembly, and cleaning. Always hold the blade assembly by the plastic hub.
- Supervision: Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Avoid Contact: Keep hands and utensils away from moving blades during operation to prevent injury. Use a scraper only when the appliance is not running.

3. Setup and Assembly
Before first use, wash all removable parts (bowl, lid, blade assembly) in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. The motor unit should be wiped with a damp cloth.
- Place the motor unit on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
- Carefully place the processing bowl onto the motor unit, ensuring it is securely seated.
- Holding the blade assembly by its plastic hub, carefully lower it onto the central shaft inside the bowl. Ensure it clicks into place.
- Add your ingredients to the processing bowl. Do not exceed the MAX fill line indicated on the bowl.
- Place the lid onto the processing bowl, aligning the tabs on the lid with the slots on the bowl. Twist the lid clockwise until it locks securely into place. The appliance will not operate if the lid is not properly locked.
- Plug the power cord into a suitable 220V, 50Hz electrical outlet.
4. Operating Instructions
Your RAF R.7031 Food Processor is designed for efficient chopping and grinding of various ingredients.
- Ensure the appliance is correctly assembled and plugged in.
- Press and hold the desired speed button (usually marked I or II for different speeds, or a pulse function). The motor will start.
- Process ingredients until the desired consistency is achieved. For coarse chopping, use short pulses. For finer results, hold the button longer.
- Do not operate continuously for more than 30 seconds. Allow the motor to rest for at least 2 minutes between cycles to prevent overheating.
- Once processing is complete, release the button and unplug the appliance from the power outlet.
- Carefully remove the lid by twisting it counter-clockwise.
- Remove the blade assembly by holding it by the plastic hub. Be extremely cautious as the blades are sharp.
- Empty the processed ingredients from the bowl.
Tips for Best Results:
- Cut large ingredients into smaller, uniform pieces (approx. 2-3 cm) before processing.
- Do not overfill the bowl. Process in batches if necessary.
- For ingredients like nuts or hard vegetables, use the pulse function for better control.
5. Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your food processor.
- Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Motor Unit: Wipe the motor unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water or any other liquid.
- Processing Bowl, Lid, and Blade Assembly: These parts are recommended for hand washing. Wash them in warm, soapy water immediately after use to prevent food from drying on. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storing.
- Blade Care: Handle the blades with extreme caution. Use a brush to remove any food residue from the blades.
- Storage: Store the assembled food processor in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your food processor, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
