4. Setup and Installation
The ZTUZAUTO Wireless CarPlay Retrofit Kit is designed for a "Plug and Play" installation, aiming to avoid cutting or breaking original car wires.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Switching Between Systems
To switch to the CarPlay/Android Auto interface, press and hold the designated button (often a "MENU" button on the original car controls) for approximately 2 seconds. This allows you to toggle between the original car system and the retrofit system.

5.2 Wireless CarPlay Connection Steps
- Go to your iPhone's Bluetooth settings.
- Pair with the device named "ZTUZAUTO Box_###".
- Confirm the pairing request on your iPhone.
- Once connected via Bluetooth, CarPlay will automatically initiate.
- Ensure Wi-Fi is also enabled on your iPhone for full CarPlay functionality.

5.3 Wireless Android Auto Connection Steps
- Go to your Android phone's Bluetooth settings.
- Pair with the device named "ZTUZAUTO Box_###".
- Confirm the pairing request on your Android phone.
- Once connected via Bluetooth, Android Auto will automatically initiate.
5.4 Audio Output Settings
- Via AUX: If using AUX for audio, navigate to your car's settings: Settings → Factory Mode → Phone Link setting → Turn off the "Disable phone link audio" option → Reboot. Then, enter the Multimedia interface, click External devices, and select AUX front.
- Via Bluetooth: To enable sound via Bluetooth, adjust your car's settings: Settings → Factory Mode → Phone Link setting → Open the option "Disable phone link audio" → Reboot. Pair your smartphone with the original vehicle's Bluetooth and select the original car Bluetooth for both phone and music sound sources in the original car media settings.
