This set includes 112 double-sided cards, covering 224 early educational sight words across 14 themes such as vehicles, animals, daily necessities, foods, vegetables, fruits, jobs, and colors. The content is selected to be age-appropriate and supports the development of language skills and vocabulary expansion.

This device is equipped with dual-sensor barcode recognition for accurate word identification and pronunciation. It is designed to be child-friendly with durable, thicker cards and rounded corners. Setup

  1. Charging the Device: Before first use, fully charge the dinosaur reader using the provided USB charging cable. Connect the cable to the charging port on the device and a suitable USB power source. The built-in 300 mAh rechargeable battery provides up to 5 hours of use.
  2. Attaching the Lanyard: If desired, attach the wrist strap lanyard to the device for convenient carrying and to prevent loss.
  3. Organizing Cards: The set includes 112 double-sided cards. Familiarize yourself with the different categories and store them in the portable storage bag when not in use.

Operating Instructions

  1. Power On/Off: Locate the ON/OFF switch on the device and slide it to the 'ON' position to activate the reader. The device will automatically enter standby mode if inactive for 3 minutes to conserve battery.
  2. Inserting Cards: Select a flash card. Insert the card into the slot on the dinosaur reader, ensuring the barcode on the card is facing downwards and fully inserted. The device will automatically recognize the card and pronounce the word in both Spanish and English. Some cards, particularly those related to animals and transportation, may also produce simulated sound effects.
  3. Repeat Function: To hear the word pronounced again, press the 'Repeat' button (usually indicated by a circular arrow icon).
  4. Adjusting Volume: To adjust the volume, press the 'Volume' button (usually indicated by a speaker icon). There are 5 levels of volume adjustment.
  5. Learning Both Sides: Each card is double-sided. To learn the word on the other side, simply flip the card and re-insert it into the reader with the new barcode facing down.
