2. Important Safety Instructions

WARNING: To reduce the risk of burns, electric shock, fire, or injury to persons, this product must be used in accordance with the following instructions:

• Do not use with an infant, a child, an invalid, or any person insensitive to heat.
• Do not use on areas of the body that are swollen, inflamed, or have open wounds.
• Never use the blanket if it is wet.
• Do not use with pointed or sharp objects.
• Do not use if the power cord or plug is damaged.
• Always unplug the blanket when not in use.
• Do not dry clean this product. Dry cleaning solvents may damage the insulation of the heating element.
• Do not tuck in, pinch, or fold the heating wires.
• Ensure the controller is not covered or placed under the blanket during operation to prevent overheating.

5. Setup

Follow these steps to set up your COZYTY Heated Electric Blanket:

1. Unpack the Blanket: Carefully remove the blanket from its packaging. It may be vacuum-sealed and will expand once opened.
2. Lay Flat: Spread the blanket evenly on your bed or desired surface, ensuring there are no folds or creases that could pinch the heating wires.
3. Connect the Controller: Locate the connector port on the blanket. Firmly plug the controller's cord into this port until it clicks securely into place. For full-size blankets, there is typically one controller.
4. Plug into Power Outlet: Insert the power cord plug into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet. Ensure the outlet is easily accessible for unplugging when not in use.

6. Operating Instructions

Your COZYTY Heated Electric Blanket features an intuitive digital controller for easy operation.

1. Power On/Off: Press the power button (⏻) to turn the blanket on or off. The digital display will illuminate when powered on.
2. Adjust Heating Level: Use the up (▲) and down (▼) arrows to select your desired heating level from 1 to 6. Level 1 is the lowest heat (86°F), and Level 6 is the highest (122°F).
3. Set Auto-Off Timer: Press the timer button (◷) to cycle through the auto-off timer settings from 1 to 10 hours. The blanket will automatically shut off after the selected time. If no timer is set, the default auto-off is typically 10 hours for safety.
4. Preheat Function: Press the "Preheat" button to quickly warm the blanket to a comfortable temperature before use.

For optimal comfort, it is recommended to preheat the blanket for 15-30 minutes before getting into bed.
