Setup Instructions
1. Installation on Helmet
The Q58 Max can be installed on various helmet types, including full-face, off-road, barefaced, half-helmet, and vintage armor helmets. Use either the clip-on base or the adhesive mount depending on your helmet type and preference.

Clip-on Base: Securely attach the clip to the edge of your helmet. Ensure it is firmly in place before mounting the intercom unit.
Adhesive Mount: Clean the desired surface on your helmet. Peel off the protective film from the adhesive mount and firmly press it onto the helmet. Allow sufficient time for the adhesive to bond before attaching the intercom unit.
2. Connecting Headphones and Microphone
Connect the headset's speaker and microphone cable to the designated port on the Q58 Max host unit. Position the speakers inside your helmet, aligning them with your ears. Attach the microphone using the provided Velcro, ensuring it is close to your mouth for clear communication.
3. Initial Charging

Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
To power on or off the device, press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds. The screen will display the power icon, and the LED light will remain on.

Voice Broadcast Language: Double-click the Power button (when Bluetooth is disconnected) to switch between Chinese and English voice broadcasts.
2. Bluetooth Connection
When the device is powered on and Bluetooth is not connected, the Bluetooth icon on the LCD display will blink slowly. Activate Bluetooth on your smartphone or other device and select "Q58 Max" from the list of available devices to pair. Once successfully connected, the Bluetooth icon will illuminate steadily, and you will hear a Bluetooth mode tone.
3. Intercom Pairing (Dual 500m Intercom)
The Q58 Max supports two-person intercom communication up to 500 meters. To pair two intercom units:
- Ensure both devices are powered on.
- On one device, short press the intercom button to enter intercom pairing mode. The intercom icon on the screen will flash rapidly or slowly.
- On the second device, also short press the intercom button to enter pairing mode.
- Once paired, the intercom icon on both screens will illuminate steadily, indicating a successful connection.
- To exit intercom pairing mode, long press the intercom button.
Note: For intercom pairing, one device should be in transmission mode and the other in reception mode. Double-press the intercom key to switch between reception and transmission modes.

4. Music Playback and Sharing
After connecting via Bluetooth, you can play music from your smartphone. Use the Previous/Next Song buttons for track control and long press them for volume adjustment. The Q58 Max also supports music sharing.
Music Sharing Pairing:
- Ensure both devices are connected via Bluetooth to their respective phones.
- On the device initiating sharing, press the Voice Assistant/Music Sharing button. The music sharing icon on the screen will blink rapidly or slowly.
- On the receiving device, also press the Voice Assistant/Music Sharing button to accept the sharing request.
- Once music is successfully shared, you will hear a Music Share Mode tone. You can then adjust the volume of both Bluetooth music and shared music simultaneously by long-pressing the volume buttons.

5. FM Radio
To activate FM radio, press the Mode key until "FM" appears on the LCD display. In FM mode, short press the Voice Assistant button to automatically search for stations. The device will store found stations. You can then cycle through stations using the Previous/Next Song buttons.

6. Voice Assistant
When connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth, short press the Voice Assistant button to activate your phone's voice assistant (e.g., Siri, Google Assistant). You can then use voice commands for navigation, calls, or other functions.
7. Answering Calls
When a call comes in, the device will announce the incoming call. Short press the Power On/Off button to answer the call. Short press again to hang up. You can answer calls even during intercom communication.
8. EQ Sound Effects
The Q58 Max offers six preset EQ sound effects. Press the Mode key repeatedly to cycle through the available EQ settings and choose your preferred audio profile.
