Important Notes and Usage Tips
- Power Supply Requirements: The TH3P4G3 series docking stations support FLEX (1U), SFX, and ATX power supplies. Choose a brand-quality power supply that meets the power requirements of your graphics card. If the Power Delivery (PD) function is used, please increase the power supply by approximately 100W.
- Graphics Card Power: For graphics cards, acquisition cards, network cards, sound cards, and other devices with power consumption not exceeding 75W, it is recommended to use a 12V 3A or above power adapter for power supply.
- PCI-E Bandwidth: Software or games have different requirements for PCI-E bandwidth, and their performance will vary. Low-end and mid-range graphics cards may show better performance due to their lower requirements for PCI-E bandwidth.
- Monitor Connection: Connecting the monitor directly to the output of the extended graphics card will generally yield better performance.
- Professional Applications: Equipment used in data acquisition, engineering debugging, or film and television entertainment industries generally requires PCI-E X1 or X4, for which this dock is fully competent.
- Additional Purchases: This product includes the docking station, a Thunderbolt-compatible data cable (50cm), and SFX/ATX power brackets. You will need to purchase a graphics card and a power supply separately.
Recommended Power Supply by Graphics Card Model

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues, consider the following:
- No GPU Detection: Ensure all power cables (24-pin, 8-pin CPU, PCIe to GPU) are securely connected. Verify the Thunderbolt cable is properly seated and your PC's Thunderbolt port is active. Check Device Manager for unrecognized devices.
- Driver Issues: Reinstall the latest GPU drivers from the manufacturer's website. Ensure no conflicting drivers are present.
- Performance Problems: Confirm your power supply meets the recommended wattage for your graphics card. Ensure your monitor is connected to the external GPU's output ports.
- System Instability: Check for adequate ventilation for both the GPU and PSU. Ensure all components are correctly installed and secured.
