5. Setup
5.1 Battery Installation
- Locate the battery compartment on the back of the keypad.
- Insert 4 AA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover.
5.2 Initial Opening with Emergency Key
Upon first use, or if you forget your code, use the emergency key:

- Press the red reset button. The keypad will beep, and the yellow indicator light will illuminate.
- On the keypad, enter a new 3-8 digit code.
- Press the '#' button to confirm. The keypad will beep again, and the yellow light will turn off, indicating the new code is set.
- Test the new code with the door open before closing it.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Opening the Safe with Your Code
- Enter your 3-8 digit personal password on the keypad.
- Press the '#' button. The green indicator light will illuminate.
- Within 5 seconds, turn the knob clockwise to open the safe door.
6.2 Closing and Locking the Safe
- Close the safe door.
- Turn the knob counter-clockwise to engage the locking bolts.
- The safe is now locked.
6.3 Anti-Theft Alarm System
