3. Setup and Charging

3.1 Charging the Battery

1. Connect the 110V AC battery charger to a standard wall outlet.
2. Insert the 20V Li-ion rechargeable battery into the charger.
3. Allow the battery to charge fully. The LED indicators on the battery will show the charge status.

Important: For optimal battery life, recharge the battery every 3 months if not in regular use.

3.2 Powering the Inflator

The inflator offers two power options:

• 20V Li-ion Battery: For cordless operation. Simply slide the charged battery into the base of the inflator until it clicks securely.
• 12V DC Car Adapter: For backup power. Connect the 12V DC adapter to the inflator's power port and plug the other end into your vehicle's 12V accessory socket.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Preparing for Inflation

1. Ensure the inflator is powered (either by battery or 12V DC adapter).

1. To start inflation, press and hold the trigger, then push the self-locking switch upward. The inflator will begin operating.
2. The inflator will automatically stop once the preset pressure is reached.
3. For sports balls and small inflatables (below 10 PSI), manually shut off the machine once the desired pressure is achieved to prevent over-inflation.
4. To manually stop the inflator, release the trigger and push the self-locking switch downward.

5. Maintenance
