4.1. Transmitter Installation
- Select Location: Choose a flat, vertical surface near your door for the transmitter. Ensure the surface is clean and dry.
- Mounting Options:
- Adhesive Tape: Peel off one side of the adhesive tape and attach it to the back of the transmitter. Press firmly onto the desired location for 30 seconds.
- Screws: Use the provided screws and anchors to securely mount the transmitter to the wall. This method is recommended for uneven surfaces or enhanced security.
- Battery Check: The transmitter comes with a pre-installed CR2032 battery. Ensure the plastic isolation tab is removed if present.
