4.3 Step-by-Step Installation

1. Prepare the Door Panel: Ensure your door panel has the necessary L and U grooves cut for the top and bottom tracks. Refer to the product specifications for precise groove dimensions. The door thickness must be 1-1/4" to 1-3/4".

2. Cut Top Track to Length: Measure your door width (DW). Cut the top track to a length of DW - 13/16" (DW - 20mm). Loosen the soft close screws and place both soft close mechanisms on both ends of the top track.
3. Fasten Top Track: Secure the top track into the pre-cut L-slot on the top edge of your door panel using the provided screws. Ensure it is firmly attached.
4. Tighten Soft Close Mechanisms: Once the top track is fastened, ensure each soft close mechanism is flush with its respective end of the track. Tighten the soft close screws to secure them in place.
5. Prepare Bottom Rollers: Remove the wheel part from the bottom roller body. Fasten the bottom roller body into the pre-cut U-slot at the bottom of your door panel. Reinsert the wheel part into the body.

6. Cut Bottom Track to Length: Measure your door width (DW). Cut the bottom track to a length of DW - 5-1/8" (DW - 130mm). Insert the cut bottom track into the U-slot of the door panel.
7. Mount Hanger onto Wall: Remove the anti-jump block from the hanger. Mark the drilling points on the wall according to the provided measurements (refer to the video or detailed diagrams for precise placement). Drill holes and insert wall anchors. Mount the hanger onto the wall using the appropriate screws.
8. Mount Floor Guide: Position the floor guide on the floor, ensuring it aligns with the bottom track of the door panel. Mark the drilling points, drill holes, and secure the floor guide with screws.
9. Hang the Door Panel: Carefully lift the door panel and align the top roller with the wall-mounted hanger. Ensure the floor guide slides into the bottom track groove. The hanger should be positioned in the middle of the top track when hanging.
10. Adjust Door Parallelism: If the door panel is not parallel with the wall, loosen both screws on the top roller. Hold the door parallel with the wall by hand and then tighten both screws to secure the adjustment.
11. Final Adjustments: Rotate the screw on the top roller to adjust the height of the wheel, ensuring the door fits the rail completely and slides smoothly. Tighten the anti-jump block screws on the top roller.
12. Test Soft Close: Move the door left and right to ensure the actuator is correctly positioned between the fins of the soft close mechanism, allowing for smooth and silent operation.
