5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your treadmill.

5.1 Lubrication

The treadmill features a unique lubricating hole for easy maintenance. It is recommended to lubricate the running belt with silicone-based treadmill lubricant periodically, typically every 3-6 months depending on usage. Refer to the specific instructions provided with your lubricant for exact application details.

5.2 Belt Centering and Tension

If the running belt begins to drift to one side or feels loose, it may need adjustment. Use the provided L-type wrench to adjust the rear rollers. Turn the bolt clockwise to move the belt to the right, counter-clockwise to move it to the left. Adjust tension by turning both bolts equally clockwise to tighten or counter-clockwise to loosen. Make small adjustments (quarter turns) and test the belt after each adjustment.
