Introduction
The Jesverty SPS-3010M is a variable DC power supply designed for high-precision applications. It features adjustable voltage from 0-32V and current from 0-10A, making it suitable for various electronic projects, laboratory work, and maintenance tasks. This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective operation of your device.
What's in the Box
Upon unboxing your Jesverty SPS-3010M DC Power Supply, you should find the following items:
- 1 x SPS-M Unit
- 1 x Power Cord (Note: Power cords and AC input settings may vary based on factory-shipment destination.)
- 1 set of test leads (Note: These are complimentary; for long-term high-current use, prepare leads with sufficient current capacity.)
- 1 x Instruction Manual (Includes contact information for technical support.)

Setup
AC Input Voltage Selection
Before connecting the power supply to an AC outlet, ensure the voltage selector switch on the rear panel is set to the correct voltage for your region (115V or 230V). Incorrect voltage selection can damage the unit.

Connecting Test Leads
Connect the provided test leads to the output terminals on the front panel. The terminals are color-coded: red for positive (+), black for negative (-), and green for ground (GND). The terminals support both banana plugs and bare wire connections (by unscrewing the knob, inserting the wire, and tightening).

Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
Press the green "POWER" button on the front panel to switch the power supply on or off. The display will illuminate, showing the last set voltage and current values.
Voltage and Current Adjustment (Encoder Knobs)
The SPS-3010M features high-precision encoder knobs for setting voltage and current. To adjust a specific digit, press the corresponding knob (Voltage or Current) to select the digit you wish to change. The selected digit will blink. Rotate the knob to increase or decrease the value. The setting resolution is 0.01V for voltage and 0.001A for current. The encoder knobs allow for precise, digit-by-digit adjustment.

Output ON/OFF Button
The dedicated "OUTPUT" button allows you to easily enable or disable the power output to your connected load without needing to turn off the entire unit. This is useful for adjusting settings safely.
Over-Current Protection (OCP) Setting
The OCP feature protects your load from excessive current. To set the OCP trip point, long-press the "OCP" button. Use the current knob to adjust the desired trip point. Once the output current exceeds this limit, the power supply will automatically cut off output and the OCP indicator will flash. To re-enable output, resolve the overload and press the "OUTPUT" button.
Output Status Setting (OPN)
The OPN function determines the power supply's output state upon startup. If OPN is enabled, the unit will automatically output voltage and current as soon as it's powered on. If disabled, you will need to press the "OUTPUT" button manually after power on. Long-press the "OUTPUT" button to enter the OPN configuration interface and toggle the setting.
Screen Brightness Adjustment
To adjust the screen brightness, simultaneously rotate both the "CURRENT" and "VOLTAGE" knobs. Turning them right increases brightness, and turning them left decreases brightness.

USB-A & USB-C Quick Charge Ports
The power supply includes dedicated USB-A and USB-C ports on the front panel, both supporting 20W fast charging. These ports can be used to charge smartphones, power microcontrollers like Arduino UNO or Raspberry Pi, and other electronic modules independently of the main DC output.

Maintenance
Cooling Fan
The Jesverty SPS-3010M is equipped with a temperature-regulated cooling fan located on the rear panel. The fan automatically activates when the internal temperature rises to ensure stable operation and extend product lifespan. Keep the fan vents clear of obstructions.

Fuse Replacement
In case of a power surge or internal fault, the fuse located near the AC input port may blow to protect the unit. To replace the fuse, first unplug the power cord. Then, open the fuse compartment, remove the blown fuse, and replace it with a fuse of the same specification (5x20mm T5/T8A, depending on model variant).
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any problems or have questions regarding your Jesverty SPS-3010M DC Power Supply, please do not hesitate to contact Jesverty Customer Service. Contact information is included in your instruction manual. You may also reach out via Amazon's messaging system.
- No Output/OCP Triggered: If the output is off or the OCP indicator is flashing, it likely means an over-current condition was detected. Disconnect the load, check for short circuits, and ensure your current limit (OCP setting) is appropriate for your application. Press the "OUTPUT" button to reset.
- Inaccurate Readings: While the unit provides high accuracy, external factors can influence readings. Ensure test leads have sufficient current capacity, especially for high-current applications, as low-quality leads can introduce resistance and affect measurements.
- Output Behavior on Startup (OPN): If the unit outputs unexpectedly on power-up or requires manual activation every time, check the OPN setting. Adjust it by long-pressing the "OUTPUT" button to match your desired startup behavior.
- Voltage Transients with Capacitive Loads: Be aware that the large output capacitance can cause voltage spikes if a high voltage is set and then connected to a very tiny load, especially if the output is enabled before connecting the load. Always connect the load with the output disabled, then enable it.
