Setup
1. Power Connection
The FiveHome Sleep Training Clock operates only when connected to a power source. It does not have an internal battery for operation, but it does have a memory function to retain settings during power outages.
- Connect the USB cable to the clock's power input port (located at the back).
- Plug the other end of the USB cable into the provided power adapter.
- Insert the power adapter into a standard wall outlet.

Once powered on, the clock display will illuminate, and you can proceed with setting the time and other functions.
Operating Instructions
Button Functions Overview
The clock features intuitive buttons on its sides. Refer to the diagram below for a quick reference:

Setting the Time
- Press the "Time" button. The hour display will start flashing.
- Use the "Up (+)" or "Down (-)" buttons to adjust the hour.
- Press "Time" again to move to the minute setting. The minute display will flash.
- Use the "Up (+)" or "Down (-)" buttons to adjust the minutes.
- Press "Time" one more time to confirm and exit time setting mode.
Sleep Training Function (OK to Wake)
This feature uses color cues to teach children when to stay in bed and when it's acceptable to get up.

Setting the Sleep Alarm (Red Light)
The red light indicates it's time to sleep and stay in bed. The red light lasts for 13 hours from the set sleep time.
- Press the "Sleep" button. The sleep alarm hour will flash.
- Use "Up (+)" or "Down (-)" to set the desired sleep hour.
- Press "Sleep" again to set the minutes.
- Use "Up (+)" or "Down (-)" to set the desired sleep minutes.
- Press "Sleep" to confirm. The clock will display a sleeping face and emit a red light at the set time.

Setting the Wake Up Alarm (Green Light)
The green light indicates it's time to wake up. The clock can be set to alarm with "light only" or "light and music".
- Press the "Wake" button. The wake alarm hour will flash.
- Use "Up (+)" or "Down (-)" to set the desired wake hour.
- Press "Wake" again to set the minutes.
- Use "Up (+)" or "Down (-)" to set the desired wake minutes.
- Press "Wake" again to select the alarm mode:
- "Light only" (icon of a light bulb)
- "Light and music" (icon of a light bulb and music note)
- Press "Wake" to confirm. The clock will display a smiling face and emit a green light at the set time.

To turn off the color light during the red light phase, press the "Color" button. To turn off the alarm sound, press any button.
Note: Only two alarms can be set (one for sleep, one for wake), and they do not distinguish between weekdays and weekends.
Night Light Function
The clock features versatile night light options.
Colored Lights
Press the "Color" button repeatedly to cycle through 10 different colored lights and mixed light modes. Press and hold the "Color" button to turn off the colored light.

Warm Lights
Press the "Warm Light" button repeatedly to cycle through 3 brightness levels of warm white light. Press and hold the "Warm Light" button to turn off the warm light.
Nap Timer Function
The nap timer allows you to set a countdown for short sleep periods. When the timer is active, a red light illuminates.
- Press the "Nap" button. The display will show the current nap timer setting.
- Press "Nap" repeatedly to cycle through the available options: 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes, or Off.
- Once you select a duration, the timer will start automatically. The red light will turn on.
- When the timer ends, the red light will turn off.

Adjusting Volume
Use the "Up (+)" and "Down (-)" buttons to adjust the volume of the alarm sounds.
Adjusting Screen Brightness
Press the "Backlight" button repeatedly to cycle through different brightness levels for the main display. This helps ensure the display is not too bright and disturbing during sleep.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the clock with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Placement: Place the clock on a stable, flat surface away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and moisture.
- Power: Always use the provided power adapter and USB cable. Disconnect from power during extended periods of non-use.
- Handling: Handle the clock with care. Avoid dropping or subjecting it to strong impacts.
Troubleshooting
