Setup

1. Place the Motor Base on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
2. Align the Juicing Chamber onto the motor base and rotate until it locks securely into place.
3. Insert the Filter/Strainer into the juicing chamber.
4. Place the Auger into the center of the filter, ensuring it sits correctly.
5. Position the Lid with Dual Feed Chute onto the juicing chamber, aligning the lock symbols, and rotate clockwise until it clicks into the locked position.
6. Place the Juice Container under the juice spout and the Pulp Container under the pulp outlet.
7. Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for optimal juicing results:

1. Prepare Ingredients: Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Cut larger items into pieces that fit comfortably into the feed chute. Remove hard pits, large seeds, and thick peels (e.g., citrus, pineapple).
2. Start Juicing: Press the "ON" button to start the juicer.
3. Feed Ingredients: Slowly feed the prepared ingredients into the feed chute. For harder ingredients, use the pusher gently to guide them down. Do not force ingredients into the chute.
4. Reverse Function: If ingredients get jammed or the juicer stops, press the "REV" (Reverse) button for a few seconds to clear the blockage. Release the button, wait a moment, and then press "FWD" (Forward) to resume juicing.
5. Continuous Operation: The juicer is designed for continuous operation, allowing you to juice a large quantity of produce.
6. Versatile Use: This juicer is ideal for a wide range of produce including carrots, apples, celery, ginger, and kale. It can also be used to make nut milks and sorbets.
