This bed frame features a velvet upholstered headboard, four storage drawers, and a built-in charging station with USB and Type-C ports. It is designed for full-size mattresses and does not require a box spring.

Important Safety Information

• Maximum Weight Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 1100 lbs (approximately 500 kg).
• Assembly: Assemble the bed frame on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches. Ensure all parts are securely fastened before use. It is recommended that two adults assemble this product.

Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your VECELO bed frame. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.

Step 1: Prepare the Headboard and Footboard

1. Unpack all components and lay them out on a soft, clean surface.
2. Attach the side supports to the upholstered headboard and footboard using the provided bolts and Allen wrench. Ensure they are securely tightened.

Step 2: Connect Side Rails and Center Support

1. Connect the side rails to the headboard and footboard using the appropriate hardware. Do not fully tighten bolts until all connections are made.
2. Install the center support beam, ensuring it aligns with the pre-drilled holes. Attach the reinforced legs to the center beam and side rails.

Step 3: Install Slats and Noise-Free Strips

1. Place the EVA sponge noise-free strips along the metal frame where the slats will rest. This helps prevent squeaking.
2. Insert the wooden slats into the designated slots on the side rails. Ensure each slat is securely in place. The stable snap-lock design allows for quick installation.

Step 4: Assemble Storage Drawers

1. Assemble the four storage drawers according to the separate drawer assembly instructions (if provided).
2. Attach the wheels to the bottom of each drawer.
3. Slide the assembled drawers under the bed frame.

Step 5: Final Tightening and Mattress Placement

1. Once all components are in place, fully tighten all bolts and screws.
2. Place your full-size mattress directly onto the wooden slats. A box spring is not required.

Operating Instructions

Using the Charging Station

The VECELO bed frame includes a built-in charging station located on the headboard, featuring both USB Type-A and Type-C ports.

1. Power Connection: Ensure the bed frame's power cord for the charging station is plugged into a functional wall outlet.
2. Connect Devices: Plug your USB Type-A or Type-C compatible devices (e.g., smartphone, tablet) into the corresponding ports on the headboard.
3. Charging: Your devices will begin charging automatically. The Type-A ports provide 5V/2.4A, and the Type-C ports provide 5V/3A.

Using the Storage Drawers

The four storage drawers are designed for easy access and organization.

1. Opening: Gently pull the drawer handle to slide the drawer out from under the bed. The wheels allow for smooth movement.
2. Closing: Push the drawer back into place until it is fully under the bed frame.
3. Capacity: Each drawer measures approximately 29" L × 19.88" W × 3.94" H, suitable for storing clothing, linens, or other personal items.

Maintenance

• Cleaning the Upholstery: For general cleaning, wipe the velvet upholstered headboard and frame with a damp cloth. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.
• Cleaning the Frame: Wipe metal parts with a soft, dry cloth.
• Hardware Check: Periodically inspect all bolts, screws, and connections to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten as necessary to maintain stability and prevent noise.
• Drawer Maintenance: Ensure drawer wheels are free of debris for smooth operation.

Troubleshooting

Bed Frame is Squeaking

• Check Connections: Ensure all bolts and screws are fully tightened. Loose connections are a common cause of squeaking.
• Inspect Slats: Verify that all wooden slats are properly seated in their holders and that the EVA sponge noise-free strips are correctly positioned.
• Mattress Placement: Ensure the mattress is centered and not causing uneven pressure on the frame.

Charging Station Not Working

• Power Connection: Confirm the bed frame's power cord is securely plugged into a live wall outlet.
• Device Compatibility: Ensure your device and charging cable are compatible with USB Type-A or Type-C ports.
• Cable Integrity: Check if the charging cable is damaged. Try a different cable.
• Overload: Avoid plugging in too many high-power devices simultaneously.

Drawers are Difficult to Open/Close

• Obstructions: Check for any items blocking the drawer's path or caught in the wheels.
