Important Safety Instructions
- Read all instructions before use.
- Do not immerse the kettle, power base, cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
- Use only the power base provided with the kettle.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
- Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
- Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.
- Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
- Scalding may occur if the lid is removed during the brewing cycle.
- This appliance is for household use only.

Setup and First Use
Unpacking
- Carefully remove all packaging materials and labels from the kettle and its components.
- Inspect the kettle for any damage. Do not use if damaged.
Before First Use
- Wash the kettle, lid, and infuser with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Fill the kettle with water to the MAX line.
- Place the kettle on the power base and boil the water using the "Boil Black" (212°F) setting.
- Discard the boiled water. Repeat this process 2-3 times to remove any manufacturing residues.
Operating Instructions
Filling the Kettle
- Ensure the kettle is unplugged from the power outlet.
- Remove the lid and fill the kettle with fresh, cold water. Do not fill below the MIN mark or above the MAX mark (1.7 Liters).
- Replace the lid securely.
Using the Tea Infuser
- For loose leaf tea or tea bags, place them inside the removable stainless steel infuser.
- Insert the infuser into the kettle, ensuring it is properly seated.
- Fill the kettle with water as described above.
Temperature Control and Brewing
- Place the kettle on the power base and plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.
- Select the desired temperature preset by pressing the corresponding button on the power base:
- White Tea: 170°F (77°C)
- Green Tea: 180°F (82°C)
- Oolong Tea: 195°F (91°C)
- Coffee: 205°F (96°C)
- Boil/Black Tea: 212°F (100°C)
- The indicator light for the selected temperature will illuminate, and the kettle will begin heating.
- The kettle will automatically shut off once the target temperature is reached.
Keep Warm Function
- After selecting a temperature preset, you can activate the "Keep Warm" function by pressing the "Keep Warm" button.
- The kettle will maintain the selected temperature for up to 30 minutes.
- To deactivate, press the "Keep Warm" button again or lift the kettle from the base.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Daily Cleaning
- Always unplug the kettle and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Remove the infuser and rinse it under running water. Use a soft brush if necessary to remove tea leaves.
- Wipe the exterior of the kettle with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- The kettle body and infuser are dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to prolong their lifespan.
- Do not immerse the power base in water.
Descaling (Mineral Deposit Removal)
- Over time, mineral deposits (limescale) may build up inside the kettle, especially in hard water areas. This can affect performance.
- To descale, fill the kettle with a solution of 1 part white vinegar to 2 parts water.
- Boil the solution using the "Boil Black" setting.
- Let the solution stand in the kettle for at least 30 minutes, or longer for heavy buildup.
- Pour out the solution and rinse the kettle thoroughly with fresh water several times.
- Alternatively, use a commercial descaling solution designed for electric kettles, following the manufacturer's instructions.
