1. Safety Information

  • Ensure all parts are present and undamaged before beginning assembly.

3. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your Homeiju Clothes Rack. It is recommended to assemble the unit on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.

  1. Attach Casters to Base Frames: Insert the casters into the designated holes on the two base frames. Ensure two of the casters are lockable and positioned as desired.
  2. Connect Vertical Supports: Secure the vertical support pipes to the base frames using the provided screws. Do not fully tighten yet.
  3. Install Bottom Shelf: Place the bottom wooden shelf onto the lower supports and secure it with screws.
  4. Attach Lower Hanging Rod: Insert the lower horizontal hanging rod between the vertical supports and fasten it.
  5. Install Upper Hanging Rod: Insert the upper horizontal hanging rod between the vertical supports and fasten it.
  6. Install Top Shelf: Place the top wooden shelf onto the upper supports and secure it with screws.
  7. Tighten All Screws: Once all components are in place, systematically tighten all screws to ensure stability.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Load Capacity

The rack is designed for heavy-duty use with a total load capacity of 400 lbs (181 kg). Ensure weight is distributed evenly.

  • Top Rod: Holds up to 200 lbs (90 kg).
  • Middle Rod: Holds up to 100 lbs (45 kg).
  • Top Shelf: Holds up to 50 lbs (22.5 kg).
  • Bottom Shelf: Holds up to 50 lbs (22.5 kg).

4.2 Mobility and Stability

The rack is equipped with four casters for easy movement. Two of these casters are lockable to secure the rack in place.

  • To move the rack, unlock the two lockable casters.
  • To secure the rack, engage the locks on the two lockable casters.
