Setup Guide

1. Unboxing and Components

Maintenance

Troubleshooting

• Streaks left on window: This can occur if the cleaning pads are dirty, the solution is too concentrated, or the window is extremely dirty and requires a pre-clean. Clean the pads, dilute the solution if necessary, or run a dry pass after a wet pass.
• Robot not moving or responding: Check the battery level of the portable station. Ensure the robot is properly connected to the station via the cable. Restart the robot and the station.
• Cable management issues: Ensure the automatic cable retractor is functioning correctly. Avoid tangling the cable during operation by keeping the station close to the cleaning area.
