Setup
1. Package Contents
Before beginning, verify that all components are present in your package:
- 1 x GardePro X50 Pro Max Trail Camera
- 1 x Antenna
- 1 x Integrated 32GB SD Card
- 1 x 8000mAh Rechargeable Lithium Battery (pre-installed)
- 1 x Pre-installed 4G Cellular SIM Card
- Mounting Strap
- USB Cable

2. Initial Camera Preparation
- Remove Protective Films: Gently peel off any protective films from the camera's lenses and sensors.
- Attach Antenna: Screw the antenna firmly into the mounting base on top of the camera.
- Insert SD Card: Open the camera's side latch. Locate the SD card slot and insert the provided 32GB SD card correctly until it clicks into place.
- Install Batteries: The camera comes with an integrated 8000mAh rechargeable lithium battery. For optimal performance, especially in low temperatures, ensure the battery is fully charged. If using external AA batteries (not included), install 8 AA batteries into the battery compartment, observing polarity.
- Power On: Slide the power switch to the 'ON' position. The screen will light up. Verify that the battery charge level and SD card status are good.
- Format SD Card: Press the 'MENU' button, navigate to 'Format SD Card', and select 'OK'. Confirm to format the card. This prepares the card for first use.
- Enable WiFi: In the 'MENU' settings, ensure the WiFi option is set to 'ON' (any channel CH1-CH5 is acceptable).

3. App Connection and Live Streaming
- Download App: Download the "GardePro Mobile" app from your device's App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Grant Permissions: Allow the app necessary permissions, including Bluetooth and notifications.
- Add Camera: In the app, select to add a new camera. Choose "Wi-Fi Camera". The app will search for nearby cameras.
- Connect via QR Code: On the camera, navigate to the "Network" menu, then select "APP iOS" or "APP Android" to display a QR code. Use your phone to scan this QR code to connect. Alternatively, select "Device ID" on the camera and scan that QR code with the app.
- Enter Password: Input the default password "123456" when prompted by the app.
- Synchronize Time: Once connected, tap on the "Camera Time" option in the app to automatically synchronize the camera's time.
- Live View: Go to the "Camera" section in the app to view the live feed. You can manually capture photos or videos from here.
- Access Gallery: Navigate to the "Gallery" section to review or save photos and videos. You can also check the local album on your phone.

4. Mounting the Camera
Mount the camera on a sturdy tree or a tripod base (1/4-20 thread). The recommended installation height is 0.5 to 1 meter, or adjust the height based on your specific application needs.

Operating Instructions
1. Working Modes
The camera supports three primary working modes:
- Motion Detection: Captures photos or videos when movement is detected.
- Time-Lapse: Captures images at set intervals, ideal for monitoring slow changes.
- Hybrid Mode: Combines motion detection and time-lapse functionalities.
2. Image and Video Quality
The X50 Pro Max captures stunning 48MP photos and 1296P videos with audio. Videos are recorded in H.265 format, which reduces file size for faster transmission and sharing without compromising quality.

3. Dynamic Night Vision

4. Ultra-Fast Motion Detection

5. Info Strip and Password Protection
Each captured image and video includes an info strip with useful data such as date, time, and temperature. The camera also features password protection to secure your recordings.
Maintenance
1. Battery Management
The camera is equipped with an 8000mAh rechargeable lithium battery, designed for year-round use, even in low temperatures. Ensure the battery is regularly charged for continuous operation. The camera can also be powered by 8 AA batteries (not included) or an external solar panel (sold separately).
2. SD Card Care
The integrated 32GB high-speed SD card is ready for use. Regularly format the SD card (at least once a month) to maintain optimal performance and prevent data corruption. Back up important files before formatting.
3. Weather Resistance
The GardePro X50 Pro Max features an IP66 waterproof and dustproof rating, making it suitable for various outdoor conditions. Ensure all latches are securely closed to maintain its weather resistance.

4. Cleaning
Periodically clean the camera lenses and sensors with a soft, dry cloth to ensure clear image and video capture. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.
Troubleshooting
- Camera Not Powering On: Check battery charge. Ensure batteries are inserted with correct polarity.
- Poor Image/Video Quality: Clean lenses and sensors. Ensure the camera is mounted at the recommended height and angle. Check night vision settings.
- Motion Not Detected: Verify PIR sensitivity settings. Ensure no obstructions are blocking the sensor's field of view. Perform a "Motion Test" in the camera menu to check sensor functionality.
- App Connectivity Issues: Ensure camera WiFi is enabled. Check Bluetooth connection on your smartphone. Restart both the camera and the app. Ensure you are within the limited range for Bluetooth (10 meters) and WiFi (14 meters) in an open area.
- No Photos/Videos in Gallery: Ensure the SD card is correctly inserted and formatted. Check available storage space on the SD card.
- 4G Transmission Issues: Verify SIM card is correctly inserted. Check cellular signal strength in the camera's status display. Ensure your data plan is active.
