3. Setup
3.1 Charging the Headphones
Before first use, fully charge the headphones. Connect the included USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the headphones and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter). The LED indicator will show charging status.
- Charging Time: Approximately 2-3 hours for a full charge.
- Battery Life: Up to 45 hours of playtime on a full charge.
3.2 Bluetooth Pairing
- Ensure the headphones are turned off.
- Press and hold the Power/Pairing button until the LED indicator flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "eKids Barbie Headphones" (or similar name) from the list.
- Once connected, the LED indicator will turn solid blue.
3.3 Wired Connection (Aux Mode)
The headphones can also be used with the included 3.5mm Aux cable for a wired connection to any device with a standard headphone jack. This mode does not require battery power.
- Plug one end of the 3.5mm Aux cable into the AUX jack on the headphones.
- Plug the other end into the headphone jack of your audio device.
- The headphones will automatically switch to wired mode.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off
- Power On: Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds. The LED indicator will light up.
- Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds. The LED indicator will turn off.
4.2 Music Playback
- Play/Pause: Press the Play/Pause button once.
- Volume Up: Press the Volume Up (+) button.
- Volume Down: Press the Volume Down (-) button.
- Next Track: Press and hold the Volume Up (+) button.
- Previous Track: Press and hold the Volume Down (-) button.
4.3 Call Functions
- Answer/End Call: Press the Play/Pause button once during an incoming call or to end an active call.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the Play/Pause button for 2 seconds during an incoming call.
5. Maintenance
- Clean the headphones with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Avoid exposing the headphones to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
- Store the headphones in a cool, dry place when not in use, preferably in their folded position to protect them.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the headphones, as this will void the warranty.
