4. Setup
4.1. Charging the Battery
- Connect the provided USB charging cable to the camera's USB port.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- The charging indicator light will illuminate. Once fully charged, the light may change color or turn off.
- A full charge typically takes a few hours and provides hours of operation.
4.2. Inserting the MicroSD Card
The 32GB MicroSD card may be pre-installed. If not, follow these steps:
- Locate the MicroSD card slot on the side of the camera.
- Gently insert the MicroSD card with the gold contacts facing down until it clicks into place.
- To remove, push the card in slightly until it springs out.
4.3. Loading Thermal Printing Paper
One roll of thermal paper is typically pre-installed. To load or replace:
- Open the paper compartment cover on the camera.
- Insert a new roll of thermal paper, ensuring the paper feeds out from the top of the roll.
- Pull a small length of paper out and close the cover, ensuring the paper protrudes through the slot.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Power On/Off
- Power On: Press and hold the Power button for a few seconds until the screen illuminates.
- Power Off: Press and hold the Power button again until the screen turns off.
5.2. Basic Photography
- Turn on the camera. It will typically start in photo mode.
- Frame your shot using the 3.0-inch IPS screen.
- Press the Shutter button to take a photo. The photo will be saved to the MicroSD card.
5.3. Instant Printing
After taking a photo, you can instantly print it in black and white:
- In photo mode, after capturing an image, press the dedicated Print button.
- The camera will print the photo using the thermal paper.
- Gently tear off the printed photo.
