2. Important Safety Instructions

Read all instructions carefully before installation and operation. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

  • Electrical Safety: Ensure the pump is connected to a properly grounded 110V-120V/60Hz power supply. Do not operate with damaged cords or plugs. Keep electrical connections dry.
  • Water Quality: This pump is exclusively designed for pumping clear wastewater. Do not use it to pump anything containing hard contents, plastics, cardboard, sanitary towels, diapers, hair, tampons, metal objects (clips, hairpins), stones, building materials, floor cloths, or condoms.
  • Liquid Temperature: The liquid temperature should not exceed 45°C (113°F). Higher temperatures can deform the internal float switch, leading to malfunction.
  • pH Value: The pH value of the liquid should be within the range of 4 to 10.
  • Hair and Fibers: It is recommended to install a sink filter to prevent hair or other tough fibers from entering the machine, as excessive hair can tangle on the motor and cause malfunctions or damage.
  • Installation: Installation should be performed by a qualified professional or someone with plumbing experience.
  • Accessibility: Ensure the pump is installed in an accessible location for maintenance and inspection.
