Important Safeguards

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons.

  • Read all instructions before operating the air fryer.
  • Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
  • To protect against electric shock, do not immerse the cord, plugs, or main unit in water or other liquid.
  • Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
  • Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
  • Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
  • The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
  • Do not use outdoors.
  • Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
  • Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
  • Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
  • Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.
  • Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
  • This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way. Basic Operation

  1. Plug In: Connect the power cord to a grounded electrical outlet. The air fryer will beep, and the display will illuminate.
  2. Prepare Food: Place food into the desired basket(s). Do not overfill. For best results, ensure food is in a single layer or has sufficient space for air circulation.
  3. Select Basket: Use the basket selection buttons to choose which basket you want to program (Basket 1 or Basket 2).
  4. Set Temperature and Time: Use the temperature and time adjustment buttons to set your desired cooking parameters. The temperature range is 40°C to 230°C.
  5. Start Cooking: Press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking.
  6. Shake Reminder: Some presets may include a shake reminder. The air fryer will beep, and "SHAKE" will appear on the display. Carefully remove the basket, shake or flip the food, and reinsert the basket to resume cooking.
  7. End of Cooking: The air fryer will beep several times when cooking is complete. Carefully remove the baskets and transfer food to a serving dish.

Using Dual Baskets and 3-Layer Cooking

The TurboTower allows for simultaneous cooking in both baskets with independent settings. The bonus rack enables 3-layer cooking for larger meals.

  • Sync Cook: Use the "Sync Cook" function to automatically match the settings of one basket to the other, or to ensure both finish at the same time.
  • 3-Layer Cooking: Insert the bonus rack into one of the baskets to create an additional cooking layer. This is ideal for cooking different types of food or larger quantities. Ensure proper spacing for even cooking.

Cooking Tips

  • For crispier results, lightly spray or toss food with oil.
  • Shake or flip smaller items halfway through cooking for even browning.
  • Preheating the air fryer for 3-5 minutes can improve cooking performance for some foods.
  • Avoid overcrowding the baskets to ensure proper air circulation and even cooking. Cook in batches if necessary.
  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure meats are cooked to a safe internal temperature.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your air fryer.

  1. Unplug: Always unplug the air fryer and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Baskets and Rack: The non-stick baskets and bonus rack are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash them with hot, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
  3. Interior: Wipe the interior of the air fryer with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
  4. Exterior: Clean the exterior with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
  5. Heating Element: If necessary, gently clean the heating element with a soft brush to remove food debris.
