Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all parts listed in the "Product Overview" section are present.
- Wash Components: Wash the pitcher, lid, and funnel with mild dish soap and warm water. Rinse thoroughly. Do not wash the filter cartridge with soap.
- Prepare Filter: Submerge the new filter cartridge in cold water for 15 minutes to remove any air bubbles and activate the filter media.
- Insert Filter: Firmly insert the prepared filter cartridge into the funnel. Ensure it is seated securely to prevent unfiltered water from bypassing the filter.
- Assemble Pitcher: Place the funnel with the inserted filter into the pitcher. Place the lid on top of the pitcher.

Operating Instructions
- Fill with Water: Open the lid and pour tap water into the funnel. The water will slowly filter through the cartridge into the main jug.
- Discard First Two Fillings: For optimal performance, discard the first two full pitchers of filtered water. This helps to flush out any loose carbon particles and prepare the filter for regular use.
- Enjoy Filtered Water: Once the water has filtered, it is ready for consumption. Pour from the pitcher's spout.
- Storage: The pitcher's creative design allows it to be perfectly placed on most refrigerator doors.

- Prepare New Filter: Follow the "Prepare Filter" step from the Setup section for the new cartridge.
- Insert New Filter: Insert the new filter firmly into the funnel.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Slow Filtration Rate | Filter is clogged or needs priming. | Ensure the filter was properly submerged and soaked before first use. If the filter is old, replace it. |
| Water Taste Not Improved | Filter not properly installed or expired. | Check that the filter is securely seated in the funnel. Replace the filter if it has reached its 3-month or 200-gallon lifespan. |
| Black Specks in Water | Loose carbon particles from new filter. | This is normal for new filters. Discard the first two pitchers of water. If specks persist, re-soak the filter or replace it. |
| Pitcher Leaks | Components not assembled correctly. | Ensure the filter and funnel are correctly and firmly seated. Check for any cracks in the pitcher. |
