The CLY Solar Landscape Spotlights offer flexible installation options. Choose between ground insertion or wall mounting based on your lighting needs.

1. Solar Panel Placement:

Select a location for the solar panel that receives direct sunlight for at least 8-10 hours daily. Optimal charging is crucial for maximum illumination time. The solar panel has a 4.5m cable, allowing flexibility in placement.

2. Spotlight Placement:

Position the spotlights in desired areas such as garden beds, along pathways, or to highlight trees and flags. Each spotlight has a 3.05m cable, providing a total cable length of 11 meters from the solar panel to the furthest spotlight.

3. Installation Method:

  • Ground Insertion: Attach the ground stake to the bottom of the solar panel and each spotlight. Firmly insert them into soft ground.
  • Wall Mounting: For the solar panel and spotlights, use the provided screws and anchors to secure them to a wall or other vertical surface. Ensure the mounting surface is stable.

4. Connecting Components:

Connect the solar panel cable to the main battery box. Then, connect each spotlight cable to the designated ports on the battery box. Ensure all connections are secure and the waterproof caps are properly sealed to maintain IP66 rating.

The lights are designed to automatically charge during the day and turn on at dusk, operating until dawn or until the battery is depleted. No manual intervention is required for basic on/off functionality.

  • Power On/Off: Press the ON/OFF button to manually turn the lights on or off.
  • Brightness Adjustment: Select from High (approx. 600lm, 8h duration), Medium (approx. 400lm, 12h duration), or Low (approx. 200lm, 20h duration) brightness levels.

  • Color Temperature Adjustment: Adjust the color temperature steplessly from 2700K (Warm White) to 6500K (Cold White). You can also directly select 2700K, 4000K, or 6500K.

  • Dynamic Modes:
    • SMOOTH Mode: Cycles through color temperatures from 2700K to 6500K. Press the speed adjustment buttons to control the transition speed.
    • FLASH Mode: Provides a single-color flash. Press the speed adjustment buttons to control the flash speed.
