4. Setup and Installation

4.1 Initial Charge

Before first use, ensure the solar lights are placed in direct sunlight for at least 6-8 hours with the power button in the 'ON' position. This allows the internal battery to fully charge.

4.2 Choosing a Location

Select a location that receives maximum direct sunlight throughout the day. Avoid areas shaded by trees, fences, or buildings, as this will reduce charging efficiency and runtime.

4.3 Assembly and Mounting

The Consciot Solar Spot Lights offer two installation methods:

Ground Insertion:

  1. Attach the plastic rod to the light fixture using the provided knob.
  2. Attach the ground stake to the bottom of the plastic rod.
  3. Gently push the assembled light into soft ground. Ensure it is stable and upright.

Wall-Mounted Installation:

  1. Mark the desired drilling points on the wall.
  2. Drill holes and insert the plastic anchors.
  3. Secure the mounting bracket to the wall using the provided screws.
  4. Attach the light fixture to the mounting bracket.

  1. Ensure the light is in the powered-off state.
  2. Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds.
  3. The light will flash to indicate the current mode:

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning the Solar Panel: Regularly wipe the solar panel with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust, dirt, or debris. A clean panel ensures optimal sunlight absorption and charging efficiency.
  • Battery Care: Allow the lights to fully charge in direct sunlight before initial use. If the lights are stored for an extended period, ensure they are fully charged every 3 months to maintain battery health.
  • Winter Performance: In winter or cloudy conditions, the charging time may be longer, and the illumination time shorter due to reduced sunlight. Consider switching to Power-saving Mode during these periods.

7. Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
