Setup
1. Unpacking and Initial Placement

2. Initial Cleaning

3. Filling the Water Tank
Remove the water tank from the back of the machine. Fill it with fresh, cold drinking water up to the 'MAX' level indicator. Reinsert the tank securely.
4. Filling the Bean Hopper
Open the lid of the bean hopper located on top of the machine. Pour fresh whole coffee beans into the hopper. Ensure the lid is securely closed after filling.

Operating the Coffee Machine
1. Powering On and Preheating
Plug the machine into a suitable power outlet. Press the power button. The machine will begin to preheat. Wait for the indicator lights to signal that the machine has reached the optimal brewing temperature.
2. Grinding Coffee
Select your desired grind level by rotating the bean hopper. The Polti Coffea G50S offers 30 levels of grind adjustment. Insert the portafilter into the grinding cradle and press the grind button to dispense freshly ground coffee directly into the portafilter.

4. Frothing Milk with Steamymilk
Fill the stainless steel milk pitcher with cold milk. Position the Steamymilk wand into the milk. Activate the steam function. Move the pitcher up and down to create rich, creamy foam for cappuccinos or lattes. The Steamymilk system can also be used to heat water for teas or infusions.
