Installation Guide

1. Before Installation
Before starting, ensure the power is disconnected at the circuit breaker. It is recommended to consult a professional electrician if you lack installation experience or electrical knowledge.
3. Hanging the Ceiling Fan and Wiring
Hang the ceiling fan body in place using the L-shaped hook on the ceiling bracket. Release your grip once the fan is securely hung. Connect the green wire to the ground wire, the black wire to the live wire, and the white wire to the neutral wire. Ensure all connections are secure with wire nuts. The ceiling fan must be grounded. If the ground wire for the installation site is not present, immediately STOP installation and consult a qualified electrician. Carefully unhook the ceiling fan body from the L-shaped hook. Position the ceiling fan body facing upward, align its oval-shaped screw slot with the L-shaped hook on the ceiling bracket. Slightly rotate counterclockwise to securely fasten them to the L-shaped slots. Ensure that every screw is firmly seated within the L-shaped slots. Align and secure the previously removed fourth screw with the oval-shaped slot on the ceiling bracket. Tighten all four screws in place using a screwdriver.
4. Assembling the Blades
Make sure that the two blade slots align with the vertical tabs of the ceiling fan body. Partially insert the screws and washers into the blade's holes and then use a screwdriver to securely tighten them. Follow these steps to complete the assembly of the remaining three blades.

5. Assembling the Light Kit
Connect the ports of the wires from the ceiling fan body to the light kit. Rotate the light kit clockwise to ensure you hear a 'click' sound, indicating it is securely fastened.
6. Remote Control Holder Installation
The remote control holder can be installed using two methods:
- Option 1: 3M Glue
Peel off the protective film from the 3M adhesive on the back of the remote holder and firmly press it onto a clean, dry wall surface. - Option 2: Wall-mounted Screws
Drill two corresponding holes in the wall where you wish to mount the holder. Insert two screws into the holes and slide the backboard upward to secure the holder.
Operating Your Ceiling Fan
The Dreo CLF513 ceiling fan is controlled via the included remote. Ensure the remote has a working battery (included).

1. Speed Adjustment
The fan offers 6 speed settings. Use the fan speed buttons on the remote to increase or decrease the airflow. The fan's Brushless DC Motor ensures quiet operation even at higher speeds.

2. Brightness Level Adjustment
The integrated LED light kit provides 6 brightness levels. Use the light brightness buttons on the remote to adjust the illumination from dim to bright (up to 2400 lumens).
3. Color Temperature Adjustment
Choose from 5 color temperatures, ranging from warm white (2700K) to cool daylight (6500K), to suit your preference and room ambiance. Use the color temperature buttons on the remote to cycle through the options.
4. Soft Light Mode
Activate the soft light mode for a gentle, low-intensity illumination, ideal for nighttime use or creating a relaxed atmosphere.
5. Reversible Effect
The fan features a one-touch reversible mode. In summer, the fan blades rotate counter-clockwise to push cool air downwards. In winter, they rotate clockwise to draw cool air up and circulate warm air downwards. This function is controlled directly from the remote, eliminating the need for manual adjustment.

6. Timer Function
Set the fan to automatically turn off after 1, 4, or 8 hours using the timer buttons on the remote control. This is convenient for bedtime or when leaving a room.
7. Memory Function
The fan remembers your last used speed and light settings, so it will resume those settings when turned back on.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your Dreo ceiling fan.
- Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the fan blades and motor housing. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
