2. Safety Information

• Low Voltage System: These lights are designed for 12V low voltage landscape lighting systems. Do not connect directly to high voltage (e.g., 120V) power without a compatible low voltage transformer. (Transformer not included).

• Bulb Compatibility: Use only G4 LED or halogen bulbs compatible with 9-24V AC/DC systems, with a maximum wattage of 20W.

4. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps for proper installation of your LEONLITE pathway lights:

1. Prepare the Area: Choose the desired location for your pathway lights. Ensure the ground is soft enough to insert the ground stakes securely.
2. Install the Bulb:
   • Carefully unscrew the top cap of the light fixture to access the G4 ceramic socket.
   • Insert a compatible G4 LED or halogen bulb (not included) into the socket. Ensure the bulb is seated firmly.
   • Replace the top cap and tighten it to ensure a secure, waterproof seal.

3. Attach Ground Stake: Screw the ABS ground stake onto the bottom of the light fixture pole until it is firmly attached.
4. Position the Light: Insert the assembled light fixture with the ground stake into the desired location in the ground. Ensure it is stable and upright.
5. Connect to Low Voltage System:
   • Ensure the low voltage transformer (not included) is disconnected from power.
   • Connect the pre-connected lead wires from the pathway light to the main low voltage cable using appropriate landscape lighting connectors (not included). Ensure a secure and waterproof connection.
   • Repeat for all pathway lights you are installing.

6. Test the System: Once all lights are connected, plug in your low voltage transformer to a power outlet to test the system.

• Ensure the low voltage transformer is connected to a power source.
• If your transformer has a timer or photocell, set it according to your desired operating schedule.

• Ground Stake Stability: Periodically check that the ground stakes are firmly seated in the ground and the lights are stable. Re-secure if necessary.
