3. Setup

3.1 Battery Installation

To install the rechargeable battery:

1. Unscrew the tail cover of the flashlight.
2. Confirm the positive (+) and negative (-) poles of the battery.
3. Insert the battery with the positive pole facing inwards (towards the flashlight head) and the negative pole facing outwards (towards the tail cap).
4. Twist the tail cover back on securely to close the flashlight.

3.2 Charging the Flashlight

The Banral flashlight features a built-in Type-C charging port for fast and convenient recharging. It can be fully charged in approximately 4 hours.

• Locate the Type-C input charging port on the flashlight body.
• Connect the provided Type-C cable to the flashlight and to any USB power source (e.g., adapter, laptop, car charger, power bank).
• The LCD power display will indicate the charging progress.

Additionally, this flashlight can function as an emergency power bank to charge your mobile phone or other small devices via its USB charging output port.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On/Off and Mode Selection

The flashlight features 5 distinct lighting modes:

• Strong: Maximum brightness for powerful illumination.
• Middle: Balanced brightness for general use.
• Weak: Low brightness for extended battery life or close-range tasks.
• Flashing (Strobe): For signaling or disorienting.
• Emergency (SOS): Standard SOS signal for emergencies.

To cycle through modes, short press the power button. To turn off the flashlight from any mode, long press the power button for 3 seconds.

4.2 Zoom Function

The flashlight features an adjustable focus mechanism. Push or pull the head of the flashlight to switch between a wide-area floodlight and a focused spotlight.

• Zoom In: Pull the head back for a wider floodlight, ideal for illuminating a large area.
• Zoom Out: Push the head forward for a concentrated spotlight, perfect for long-distance viewing up to 3280 feet.

4.3 Power Display

The integrated LCD power display shows the remaining battery percentage, allowing you to monitor power levels and recharge as needed. This ensures you are always aware of the flashlight's battery status.

5. Maintenance and Care

• Cleaning: Wipe the flashlight body with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Battery Care: For optimal battery life, fully charge the flashlight before first use and recharge it regularly, especially if not used for extended periods. Avoid completely draining the battery.
• Storage: Store the flashlight in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for a long time, consider charging the battery to about 50% and recharging every few months.
• Water Resistance: The flashlight is IPX5 waterproof, meaning it can withstand splashing water from any direction. Do not submerge it in water. Ensure the charging port cover is securely closed to maintain water resistance.

• Flashlight not turning on:
  • Ensure the battery is correctly installed with the correct polarity.
  • Check the battery level using the LCD display. Recharge if the battery is low.
  • Ensure the tail cap is screwed on tightly.
• Light is dim or flickering:
  • Recharge the battery.
  • Clean the lens and contacts if dirty.
• Charging not working:
  • Ensure the Type-C cable is properly connected to both the flashlight and the power source.
  • Try a different USB power source or cable.
