Setup
Charging the Headphones
Before first use, fully charge your OpenRun headphones. Connect the included USB-C charging cable to the headphone's charging port and a compatible USB power source. The LED indicator will show charging status.
Bluetooth Pairing
- Turn on your OpenRun headphones by pressing and holding the Power/Volume+ button until the LED indicator flashes red and blue, indicating pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "OpenRun by SHOKZ" from the list. Once connected, the LED indicator will turn blue.
Finding Your Perfect Fit
OpenRun headphones are available in Standard and Mini sizes to ensure optimal comfort and fit. The band size is the primary difference, with specifications remaining the same.
- Standard Size: For most head sizes.

Operating Instructions
Basic Controls
- Play/Pause Music: Press the Multi-function button once.
- Skip Audio: Double-press the Multi-function button for next track.
- Answer/End Call: Press the Multi-function button once during an incoming call or active call.
- Adjust Volume: Use the Volume+ and Volume- buttons located on the right transducer.
Multi-Point Connection

- Clear the Bluetooth pairing list on your device and try pairing again.
Poor Sound Quality
