2. Setup Guide

2.1 Unboxing and Initial Placement

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Place the charging dock against a wall in an open, uncluttered area, ensuring there are no obstacles within 1 meter (3 feet) to the front and 0.5 meters (1.5 feet) to the sides. Connect the power adapter to the charging dock and plug it into a wall outlet.

2.2 Charging the Robot

Place the robot vacuum onto the charging dock, aligning its charging contacts with those on the dock. The indicator lights on the robot will illuminate to show it is charging. Ensure the robot is fully charged before its first use, which typically takes several hours.

Download the Pureatic app from your smartphone's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your robot vacuum to your home's 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Note that 5GHz Wi-Fi is not supported. The app allows for advanced control, scheduling, and monitoring of your robot.

3.1 Cleaning Modes

The Pureatic V3 offers 6 high-efficiency cleaning modes to suit various needs:

• Auto Cleaning: The robot cleans in a zigzag path to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Spot Cleaning: Focuses on a specific 1m x 1m area for intensive cleaning of concentrated dirt.

4. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your Pureatic V3 robot vacuum.

4.1 Dust Box and Filter Cleaning

The 650mL dust box should be emptied regularly, especially after each cleaning cycle, to maintain strong suction. The high-efficiency filter should also be cleaned periodically to prevent clogging. Tap the filter gently to remove dust, or rinse with water if heavily soiled (ensure it is completely dry before re-inserting).

4.2 Water Tank and Mopping Pad

For mopping, fill the water tank with clean water. Ensure the mopping pad is completely wet before attaching it to the mop board. After use, remove and clean the mopping pad. The water tank should also be emptied and rinsed.

Periodically check the side brushes for tangled hair or debris and clean them as needed. The wheels should also be inspected and cleaned to ensure smooth movement.

• Robot not charging: Ensure the charging dock is powered on and the robot's charging contacts are properly aligned with the dock. Clean the charging contacts on both the robot and the dock if necessary.
• Cannot connect to Wi-Fi/App: Verify your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. Ensure your router is within range and the Wi-Fi signal is strong. Restart both your router and the robot. Follow the app's pairing instructions carefully.
• Robot gets stuck frequently: Clear obstacles such as loose cables, small rugs, or furniture that might trap the robot. Ensure the robot's wheels are clean and free of debris.
• Reduced suction power: Empty the dust box and clean the filter. Check for any blockages in the suction inlet or main brush area.
• Mopping function not working/leaking: Ensure the water tank is correctly installed and the water plug is securely closed. Verify the mopping pad is properly attached and wet.
• Robot cleaning erratically/no pattern: Ensure the robot's sensors are clean. If the issue persists, try resetting the robot to factory settings and re-pairing with the app.
