3. Setup
3.1. Charging the Earbuds and Case
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case.
- Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated in their respective slots (L for left, R for right).
- Connect the USB Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and the other end to a 5V/1A power source (e.g., a computer USB port or a wall adapter).
- The indicator lights on the case will show the charging status. Once fully charged, the lights will typically turn solid or turn off.
A full charge provides approximately 6 hours of usage for the earbuds, with the charging case offering additional charges.

3.2. Pairing with a Bluetooth Device
The earbuds use Bluetooth 5.3 for a stable wireless connection up to 10 meters.
- Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing LED light on one or both earbuds.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for new devices.
- Select "Billboard Native TWS" from the list of available devices.
- Once connected, the LED indicator on the earbuds will stop flashing, and you will hear an audible confirmation.
The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when taken out of the case, if Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

4. Operating the Earbuds
4.1. Touch Controls
The Billboard Native TWS earbuds feature intuitive touch controls for managing audio playback and calls. The exact functions may vary slightly, but common controls include:
- Single Tap: Play/Pause music, Answer/End call.
- Double Tap (Left/Right): Skip to previous/next track.

4.2. Gaming Mode

- Activating Gaming Mode: Typically, a long press on one of the earbuds (e.g., the right earbud) will toggle Gaming Mode on or off. You will hear an audible prompt confirming the mode change.
- Deactivating Gaming Mode: Repeat the same long press action to switch back to standard mode.
