4. Setup
4.1 Initial Charge
Before first use, fully charge your Sonos Roam 2 using the included USB-C cable and a compatible power adapter (not included). The LED indicator will show charging status.
4.2 Download the Sonos App
Download the Sonos app from your device's app store. The app is essential for setting up and controlling your speaker, especially for Wi-Fi connectivity and multi-room audio.
4.3 Wi-Fi Setup (for Smart Features and Multi-room Audio)
- Open the Sonos app and follow the on-screen instructions to set up a new system or add a new product.
- Ensure your Sonos Roam 2 is powered on and near your Wi-Fi router during setup.

4.4 Bluetooth Setup (for Portable Use)

- The LED will turn solid blue when connected.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off
Press the power button on the back of the speaker to turn it on or off. A short press will put it into sleep mode, while a long press will fully power it down.
5.2 Playback Controls
- Play/Pause: Press the Play/Pause button on the top of the speaker.
- Volume Up/Down: Press the '+' or '-' buttons on the top of the speaker.
- Skip Track: Double-press the Play/Pause button.

5.3 Automatic Trueplay
The Sonos Roam 2 features Automatic Trueplay, which automatically tunes the sound for its environment. This feature is active when connected to Wi-Fi and the speaker is moved to a new location.

To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the speaker frequently. Charge it regularly, especially if storing it for extended periods.

7.1 Speaker Not Connecting to Wi-Fi
