1. Introduction
This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your DXZ A4 DTF Printer. This advanced printer features an XP600 6-color printhead, a built-in white ink stirring system, and a semi-automatic cleaning system, designed for high-quality direct-to-film (DTF) printing on various fabrics.
The DXZ A4 DTF Printer is engineered for efficiency and superior print results, offering doubled printing speed compared to L1800 and L805 models, and a high resolution of 2800x1400 dpi for vibrant colors and crisp details.

2. Setup Guide
2.1 Unpacking and Component Verification
Carefully unpack all components from the wooden case. Verify that all items listed in the package contents are present. The package includes the A4 DTF printer, A4 DTF oven, 100m roll of DTF film, 5x 250ml DTF inks, DTF powder, cleaning accessories, and a flash drive with an instruction video and software.

2.2 Printer Placement and Connection
Place the printer on a stable, level surface. Connect the power cable and the USB cable to your Windows PC. Ensure adequate space around the printer for operation and maintenance.
2.3 Ink Installation
Install the provided DTF inks into their respective reservoirs. The printer features a white ink mixing system to prevent pigment clumping and ensure smooth ink flow. Ensure the white ink stirring system is active during operation to maintain ink consistency.

2.4 Software Installation
The DTF printer software is compatible with Windows PCs only (Windows 7/8/10/11). It is not compatible with Mac computers. Use the provided flash drive to install the V11 Printing Software. This software is designed for secure installation without requiring antivirus software uninstallation.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Loading Film
The DXZ A4 DTF printer supports both roll film and sheet film up to 8.3 inches wide. Choose the appropriate mode based on your printing needs.

3.2 Printing Process
Follow these steps for a successful DTF printing process:
- Design and Print: Create your design using the V11 Printing Software on your Windows PC. Send the design to the DTF printer.
- Powder Application: Once printed, flip the print film and evenly coat it with DTF powder.
- Baking and Heat Pressing: Use the A4 DTF oven to bake the powdered film. After baking, heat press the design onto your desired fabric (e.g., T-shirts, canvas shoes, caps, pillows).
- Peel Film: Carefully peel the film to reveal your personalized fabric item.

3.3 Print Quality and Speed
The DXZ A4 DTF Printer utilizes an XP600 printhead, providing a resolution of 2800x1400 dpi. This ensures high color reproduction, durability, and speed. The printer is capable of printing an A4 page in approximately 3 minutes, offering twice the speed of L1800 and L805 printheads.

4. Maintenance
4.1 White Ink System Maintenance
The printer's built-in white ink stirring system and semi-automatic cleaning system are crucial for preventing clogs and ensuring consistent white ink flow. Regularly check the white ink reservoir and ensure the stirring mechanism is functioning correctly.
Perform the semi-automatic cleaning cycle as recommended by the printer's software or when print quality issues related to white ink are observed.
4.2 General Cleaning
Keep the printer's exterior and interior free from dust and ink residue. Use a soft, lint-free cloth for cleaning. Refer to the instruction video on the provided flash drive for detailed cleaning procedures.

5.1 Common Issues and Solutions
- Printer Not Responding:
- Ensure the printer is powered on and connected securely via USB to your Windows PC.
- Verify that the printer drivers are correctly installed.
- Restart both the printer and your computer.
- Poor Print Quality (Streaks, Fading, Incorrect Colors):
- Check ink levels and refill if necessary.
- Perform a nozzle check and printhead cleaning cycle through the printer software.
- Ensure the white ink stirring system is active and functioning properly to prevent white ink sedimentation.
- Verify that you are using genuine DXZ DTF inks and powder.
- Software Compatibility Issues:
- Confirm that your operating system is Windows 7/8/10/11. The software is not compatible with Mac systems.
- Reinstall the V11 Printing Software from the provided flash drive.
- Film Feeding Problems:
- Ensure the film is loaded correctly and aligned with the guides.
- Check for any obstructions in the paper path.
- Verify that the film type (roll or sheet) is correctly selected in the printer settings.
