Setup Guide

Follow these steps to set up your Cheerble Pet Fountain Elfin E1+:

1. Remove the Replacement Kit (water conduit, impeller) from the box.
2. Place the impeller into the groove of the water tank.
3. Insert the water conduit above the impeller.

Steps 1-3: Assembling the internal components.

4. Soak the filter in water for 5 minutes.
5. Rinse the filter for 1 minute.
6. Insert the cleaned filter onto the filter tray and press it flat.

Steps 4-6: Preparing and installing the filter.

7. Install the filter tray, water tray, and spout in sequence, securing with the snap lid.
8. Insert the cable into one of the slots and plug it into a power source to turn on.
9. Properly position the water tank on the base and press the function button for 3 seconds to activate the Cheerble Water Fountain E1+.

Filter Replacement Guide

When the indicator light turns solid orange, it indicates that it's time to change the filter. Follow these steps:

1. Remove the used filter from the filter tray.
2. Soak the new filter in water for 5 minutes.
3. Rinse the new filter for 1 minute.
4. Insert the cleaned filter onto the filter tray and press it flat.
5. Press and hold the filter timer reset button for 5 seconds to manually reset the filter timer.

Troubleshooting

Water Shortage Reminder

The indicator light on the smart base illuminates when the water level reaches the “MIN” line, reminding you to refill the water to ensure proper hydration for your pets.

• Fountain not dispensing water: Check if the battery is low (flashing orange indicator) or if the fountain is properly positioned on the base. Ensure the water level is above the MIN line.
• Unusual noise: While the fountain is designed to be silent, ensure all components are correctly assembled and the water level is adequate.
• Filter reminder: If the solid orange light is on, replace the filter as per the maintenance section and reset the filter timer.
