3. Installation Guide

Before beginning installation, ensure your toilet is compatible with the bidet seat's dimensions (Elongated or Round) and that a power outlet is available nearby.

Confirm your toilet size and ensure an outlet is available.

Installation Steps:

1. Remove Existing Toilet Seat: Turn off the water supply valve to the toilet. Flush the toilet to drain the tank. Unscrew and remove the old toilet seat and its mounting hardware.
2. Prepare Mounting Plate: Hold down the side buckle on the bidet seat to remove the fixing plate.
3. Secure Fixing Plate: Insert the expanding rubber bolts into the toilet holes. Secure the fixing plate to the toilet using the provided screws and adjustment sheets. Adjust the plate's position to align with the bidet seat.
4. Attach Bidet Seat: Push the smart toilet seat onto the fixing plate by holding down the side buckle until it clicks into place.
5. Connect Water Supply: Turn off the main water supply valve. Attach the three-way valve to the threads of the toilet tank. Connect the DMT pipe and filter to the bidet seat and the three-way valve.
6. Restore Water and Power: Open the water supply valve. Wait 3-5 minutes for the bidet to fill with water. Plug the bidet into the power outlet. The LED light will start blinking, and the spray bar will automatically extend and retract, performing a water spray check.

5. Maintenance

• Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and mild, non-abrasive detergent. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive pads.
• Nozzle Cleaning: The bidet features a self-cleaning nozzle. For additional cleaning, you can manually extend the nozzle (refer to the operating instructions) and gently clean it with a soft brush and mild soap.
• Filter Maintenance: Periodically check the water filter for any debris. Replace the filter as needed to maintain optimal water flow and purity.

6. Troubleshooting

• No Water Spray: Ensure the water supply valve is fully open and the bidet is properly plugged in. Check if the sensor is activated when seated.
• No Heat/Warmth: Verify the power connection. Check the temperature settings for both the seat and water on the control panel.
• Weak Water Pressure: Ensure the water supply valve is fully open. Check the water filter for clogs and clean or replace if necessary. Adjust water pressure settings on the control panel.
• LED Light Blinking Continuously: If the blue night light blinks continuously for more than 5 minutes, unplug the bidet and turn off the water valve. Turn on the water valve first, wait 3-5 minutes, then plug it in. The blue light should stop blinking in 1 minute.
