Specific Mode Functions:

  • Ice Cream Function:

This mode is for making ice cream, sorbet, and gelato. The built-in compressor will cool the mixture while the paddle churns it to achieve the desired consistency. Typical churning time ranges from 30-60 minutes depending on the recipe and desired firmness. The machine will automatically stop churning if the mixture becomes too thick to prevent motor damage.

  • Yogurt Function:

This mode provides the optimal temperature for fermenting yogurt. Ensure your milk and starter culture are prepared according to your recipe. The machine will maintain a consistent warm temperature for the fermentation process. Typical fermentation time can range from 6-10 hours. After fermentation, the yogurt should be chilled in the refrigerator.

  • Cooling Function:

This mode allows you to pre-cool the bowl or keep your finished frozen dessert cold after churning. It can also be used to chill ingredients before starting an ice cream cycle. The cooling function helps prevent melting if the ice cream is not immediately served or transferred to a freezer.

  • Stirring Function:

This mode activates only the mixing paddle without cooling or heating. It is useful for mixing ingredients, adding mix-ins to a finished dessert, or for initial blending before starting a specific mode.
