4. Setup

4.1 Installation

This is a built-in electric oven. Professional installation is highly recommended to ensure proper electrical connection and secure mounting. The required built-in dimensions are 22.24 inches (D) x 21.85 inches (W) x 23.4 inches (H). Ensure adequate ventilation around the installation area.

4.2 First Use

  1. Remove all packaging materials, accessories, and protective films from the oven interior and exterior.
  2. Clean the oven interior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Dry thoroughly.
  3. Before cooking, operate the empty oven at 400°F (200°C) for approximately 30 minutes to burn off any manufacturing residues. Some smoke and odor are normal during this process. Ensure the kitchen is well-ventilated.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On/Off

  • To turn on the oven, touch the Power button on the control panel. The display will illuminate.
  • To turn off the oven, touch and hold the Power button until the display turns off.

5.2 Selecting Cooking Modes

The oven offers 5 automatic programming modes. To select a mode:

  1. Press the Recipes button or the specific mode button (e.g., Roast, Bake, Grill) if available directly.
  2. Use the Decrease or Increase buttons to cycle through the available modes.
  3. Once the desired mode is displayed, press Start/Pause to confirm.

5.3 Setting Temperature and Time

  1. After selecting a cooking mode, the display will show default temperature and time settings.
  2. Press the Time/Temp button to toggle between setting time and temperature.
  3. Use the Decrease or Increase buttons to adjust the values.
  4. Press Start/Pause to begin cooking.

5.4 Timer Function

The multi-function timer can be used as a clock or to set a cooking duration. It can also be programmed to automatically turn the oven off or on at a specific time.

  • Setting Cooking Duration: While a cooking mode is active, press Time/Temp to select time adjustment, then use Decrease or Increase to set the desired cooking time. The oven will turn off automatically when the time expires.

5.5 Safety Lock

The safety lock prevents unintended operation, especially by children.

  • To Deactivate: Touch and hold the Safety Lock icon again until the indicator disappears.
