3. Setup

3.1 Physical Installation

Mount the device securely on a wall or flat surface at an appropriate height for face recognition. Ensure the camera has a clear, unobstructed view of users' faces.

3.2 Power Connection

Connect the device to a DC12V - 24V power source using the provided adapter. Ensure the power supply is stable and meets the device's requirements.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

5.3 Data Backup

It is recommended to regularly back up attendance data to a USB drive or through the network software to prevent data loss.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Device not powering on: Check the power adapter and cable connections. Ensure the power outlet is functional.
  • Face recognition failure: Ensure the user's face is clearly visible and well-lit. Avoid direct sunlight or strong backlighting. Verify the user's face template is correctly enrolled.
