4. Setup and Installation
The HOFTRONIC LED TL Fixture is designed for straightforward installation. All necessary mounting materials are included.
4.1 Mounting the Fixture

- Mark Drilling Points: Use the provided mounting clips as a template to mark the drilling points on the ceiling or wall.
- Drill Holes: Drill holes at the marked points and insert appropriate wall plugs (if required for your surface type).
- Attach Mounting Clips: Secure the mounting clips to the surface using screws.
- Attach Fixture: Snap the LED TL fixture into the mounted clips. Ensure it is securely fastened.

4.2 Electrical Connection
- Disconnect Power: Ensure the main power supply to the installation area is switched off at the circuit breaker.
- Open Wiring Compartment: Access the quick connector wiring compartment on the fixture.
- Connect Wires: Connect the live, neutral, and ground wires from your power supply to the corresponding terminals in the quick connector. The quick connector allows for tool-free wiring.
- Secure Connections: Ensure all connections are secure and the wiring compartment is properly closed.
- Linking Multiple Fixtures (Optional): If linking multiple fixtures, use a suitable cable (min. 5mm / max. 9mm diameter) and connect it between the quick connectors of adjacent fixtures. Ensure the cable gland is tightened to maintain IP65 rating.
- Restore Power: Once all connections are secure and verified, restore power to the circuit.
