Setup
1. Powering the Device
The WTB-791 Boombox can be powered by either AC power or batteries.
- AC Power: Connect the provided power cable to the AC IN jack located at the back of the unit and then plug it into a standard wall outlet (100-240V~).
- Battery Power: For portable use, open the battery compartment on the bottom of the unit. Insert 4 x UM2-C 1.5V batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity. Close the battery compartment securely.

2. Remote Control Setup
The remote control requires 2 x AAA batteries (not included). Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote, insert the batteries with correct polarity, and close the cover.
3. Antenna for FM Radio
For optimal FM radio reception, extend the telescopic antenna located at the back of the unit. Adjust its position for the best signal.
Operating Instructions
1. Basic Controls
- Power On/Off: Press the POWER button on the unit or remote control.
- Volume Control: Rotate the VOLUME knob on the unit or use the VOL+/- buttons on the remote.
- Mode Selection: Press the MODE button on the unit or remote to switch between CD, FM Radio, Bluetooth, USB, and AUX modes.
- EQ Modes: Press the EQ/FUN button on the unit or the EQ buttons on the remote to cycle through ROCK, POP, FLAT, CLASS, and JAZZ sound modes.

2. CD Player Operation
The top-loading CD player is compatible with CD, CD-R/RW, MP3 CDs, and audiobook CDs.
- Open the CD compartment cover by gently lifting it.
- Place a CD with the label side facing up onto the spindle.
- Close the CD compartment cover.
- Switch to CD mode using the MODE button. The display will show "CD" and begin reading the disc.
- Use the PLAY/PAUSE, STOP, SKIP/SEARCH (forward/backward), and REPEAT buttons on the unit or remote to control playback.
- The PROG button allows you to program a custom playback order for tracks.

3. FM Radio Operation
Enjoy FM radio with digital tuning and up to 30 station presets.
- Extend the telescopic antenna for better reception.
- Switch to FM Radio mode using the MODE button. The display will show the current frequency.
- Auto Scan: Press and hold the SCAN button (often combined with Play/Pause or Repeat) to automatically scan and save available stations. The unit can store up to 30 stations.
- Manual Tuning: Use the TUNING knob on the unit or the CH+/- buttons on the remote to manually tune to a specific frequency.
- Recall Presets: Use the PROG button on the remote to cycle through saved preset stations.
4. Bluetooth Connectivity
Wirelessly stream music from your Bluetooth-enabled devices.
- Switch to Bluetooth mode using the MODE button. The display will show "BT" and flash, indicating it's ready for pairing.
- On your mobile device, enable Bluetooth and search for "WTB-791" in the list of available devices.
- Select "WTB-791" to pair. Once connected, the "BT" indicator will stop flashing, and you can start playing music from your device.

5. USB Playback
Play MP3/WMA audio files directly from a USB flash drive (up to 128GB, FAT32 format only).
- Insert your USB flash drive into the USB port on the front of the unit.
- Switch to USB mode using the MODE button. The unit will automatically detect and play compatible audio files.
- Use the playback controls (Play/Pause, Skip/Search) to navigate your music.
6. AUX Input
Connect external audio devices using the 3.5mm AUX cable.
- Connect one end of the provided AUX cable to the AUX IN jack on the front of the boombox.
- Connect the other end to the headphone jack or audio output of your external device.
- Switch to AUX mode using the MODE button.
- Control playback and volume from your external device.
7. Headphone Jack
For private listening, plug any standard 3.5mm headphones into the HEADPHONE jack on the front of the unit. The speakers will automatically mute.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the unit. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- CD Care: Handle CDs by their edges. Clean discs with a soft, lint-free cloth, wiping from the center outwards.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, remove batteries and store the unit in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
