It offers superior performance, longevity, and safety features compared to traditional lead-acid batteries.

- Upgraded Compact Size: This Redodo 12V 100Ah LiFePO4 Battery is designed to be 25% smaller in volume, seamlessly compatible with BCI Group 24 size battery boxes. It also fits Group 27 and 31 battery boxes, offering a compact design without compromising its 1280Wh energy capacity.
- Extended Lifespan: Capable of up to 15,000 cycles at 60% Depth of Discharge (DOD), 6,000 cycles at 80% DOD, and 4,000 cycles at 100% DOD. This translates to a lifespan of approximately 10 years, significantly surpassing lead-acid batteries.
- Effortless Drop-in Replacement: Designed to directly replace lead-acid Group 24 batteries without requiring extra wiring, promoting an environmentally friendly upgrade.
- Automotive Grade A Cells & 100A BMS: Utilizes top-tier battery cells for stable performance and a low self-discharging rate. The integrated 100A Battery Management System (BMS) provides comprehensive protection against overcharging, over-discharging, short-circuiting, high temperature, and overcurrent.

5. Setup and Installation
Proper setup is crucial for optimal performance and safety. Ensure all connections are secure and follow the recommended charging procedures.
5.1 Initial Charging
It is recommended to fully charge the battery before its first use. For a 12V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery, a 14.6V 20A charger is recommended, allowing a full charge in approximately 5 hours.

5.2 Connecting Batteries (Series/Parallel)
The Redodo LiFePO4 battery supports both series and parallel connections to meet various voltage and capacity requirements. Always ensure batteries have the same capacity, BMS, and are from the same brand for optimal performance. It is crucial to fully charge individual batteries before connecting them in series to prevent imbalance.
- Series Connection: Supports connecting up to 4 identical batteries for up to a 48V (51.2V) 100Ah system.
- Parallel Connection: Supports connecting up to 4 identical batteries for up to a 12V 400Ah system.

6.1 BMS Protection Features

7. Maintenance
Redodo LiFePO4 batteries are largely maintenance-free due to their advanced BMS. However, for optimal longevity, it is recommended to recharge the battery every 3 months if it is not being used for a long time.
8. Troubleshooting
The integrated BMS is designed to prevent most common battery issues. If you experience any problems, check the following:
- No Power Output: Check if the battery is fully charged. The BMS may have activated protection due to over-discharge or short-circuit. Disconnect the load and attempt to recharge.
- Charging Issues: Ensure your charger is compatible with LiFePO4 batteries (14.6V recommended). The BMS will prevent charging below 0°C (32°F) to protect the cells.
- Overheating: If the battery feels excessively hot, the BMS may have activated high-temperature protection. Disconnect the load and allow the battery to cool down.
- Loose Connections: Ensure all terminal bolts are tightly secured to prevent power loss or overheating.
