Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the pump's exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not submerge the pump in water or use harsh chemicals.
- Storage: Store the pump in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the hose and nozzles are clean and dry before storage.
- Battery Care: For optimal battery life, charge the pump fully before long-term storage and recharge it every 3-6 months if not in use.
Troubleshooting
- Pump not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. If using DC input, check the car's 12V/15.8V outlet for power.
- Pump not inflating/deflating: Check that the hose is securely connected to the correct port (INFLATE/DEFLATE) and that the nozzle is properly attached to the inflatable's valve. Ensure the inflatable's valve is open.
- Slow inflation: Verify that the selected mode and target pressure are appropriate for your inflatable. Ensure there are no kinks in the hose.
- Overheating: The pump has a built-in cooling system. If it feels excessively hot, allow it to cool down before continuing operation. Avoid blocking the ventilation ports during use.
